Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms apply together with the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and any applicable Atlassian Cloud terms. If you install for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

ScrumNav provides sprint planning, Scrum Poker, capacity modelling, and reports inside Jira Cloud, limited by Jira Software and each user’s permissions. Capacity and report figures are planning aids only. We may improve, change, or discontinue features from time to time.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by Atlassian. Refunds follow Atlassian’s policies. We do not store payment card details. See Atlassian Support for billing help.

Acceptable use

You may use ScrumNav only for lawful internal business purposes on Jira Cloud. You must not misuse the app, attempt to bypass licensing, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Access depends on your Atlassian account and Jira permissions.

Privacy

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

The app is provided “as is” where permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to fees you paid for the app through Atlassian in that period (or EUR 100 if free), except where law does not allow limitation.

Termination & law

You may stop using ScrumNav at any time by uninstalling it from your Jira site. Uninstalling stops ScrumNav from accessing your Jira site. We do not keep a separate copy of customer Jira or app configuration data on ScrumNav-operated servers. App data in Forge storage is retained, deleted, or otherwise handled by Atlassian under Forge platform and Marketplace rules; timing and details are defined in Atlassian’s documentation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding its conflict of law rules.
